Midwest Woodlots

Ken and Cheryl McIntosh operate a modest, but profitable deer farm located in North Central Indiana. Midwest Woodlots was created based on three main reasons:

• Enjoy the fascinating world of whitetails
• Enjoy the wonderful deer farming industry family
• Make some extra income

Midwest Woodlots started as a retirement hobby and has grown into a full time business that keeps not only Ken and Cheryl busy year long, but also employs several full time and part time employees. Our deer herd here at the farm ranges from 70 - 100 deer at a time depending on sales. Midwest Woodlots also operates a hunting preserve and offers free range hunting on over 8, 000 acres.

We have a lodge that houses up to 14 people with a full kitchen available year round. We would be pleased to not only provide you with a tour of the farm, preserve, and free range, but also have you as our guests and stay out our beautiful lodge.
